    SpecSeal AS200 elastometric spray is a latex-based elastometric fire stop spray for construction joints and perimeter fire barrier applications. AS200 cures to form a durable seal that resists the passage of the products of combustion while accommodating for high dynamic joint movement.

In the event a product does not conform to this warranty, the sole and exclusive remedy is, at STI’s option, replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price.
